Ellen has extensive experience with summary judgment motions, and cases involving damage to property, occupier’s liability, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful dismissal. She has conducted examinations for discovery in complex, multi-party matters. Ellen has regularly represented clients before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Labour Board. She has also represented clients at pre-trial conferences, conducted mediations, and drafted legal opinions, and motion and litigation pleadings.

Ellen advises a wide range of clients with respect to the negotiation and drafting executive service agreements, director appointment letters, employment agreements, severance agreements, consulting agreements and compensation packages.
