In his previous role as Deputy General Counsel, Dave led M&A, public disclosure, and commercial contracting matters for Canada’s largest mining company.

Dave’s extensive transactional experience includes numerous debt financings, prospectus offerings, private placements, venture capital and private equity financings, metal streaming transactions, joint ventures, take-over bids, RTOs, and plans of arrangement.
