Bruce is a seasoned litigator with experience in both private practice, in-house counsel, and as a managing partner of a downtown litigation boutique. This experience has allowed him to garner a unique proficiency in not only the legal industry, but also in business and leadership. His legal and business history includes extensive trial experience at all levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal including involvement in the defense of one of the longest ever cases before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Bruce has experience with the management and growth of a small business / law practice in a highly competitive marketplace and challenging economy, while carrying a significant book of business in private practice focusing on: employment, human rights, and other specific litigation matters/disputes in the areas of: commercial contracts, disability, accommodation, workplace investigations, insurance, real estate and shareholder/director liability. He has also mentored associates and support staff to ensure they learned how to provide superior legal services with accuracy and efficiency.
