Avril is a highly-skilled lawyer, with over twenty years of diverse experience, fourteen of which were in the insurance and financial services industry. Avril has extensive experience in Employment, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Privacy Law. She has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario and numerous tribunals, including WSIB, WSIAT, OHIP, Ontario College of Nurses, ORHT, and the Employment Insurance Tribunal. She also has extensive drafting, negotiating, leadership, and training experience.
