Ashleigh’s career history includes time spent at a national law firm where she was an associate in the areas of securities and corporate/commercial law. She has also worked in-house for an asset management firm where she provided legal support across all business units on a wide range of corporate and commercial, securities, litigation management, governance and investment management matters.

Ashleigh has also spent much of her career supporting legal departments, law firms, and organizations as freelance legal counsel. She’s provided first-class, efficient and reliable legal advice to support her clients through e-Discovery, contract management, drafting and negotiation, due diligence, document review, lease drafting and negotiations, policy review and drafting. Ashleigh has also supported in-house legal teams on a number of large-scale, innovative product launches.
