Annie comes to Caravel with extensive in-house experience as general counsel and corporate secretary for two mid-sized oil and gas producers and as associate general counsel to a large public North American energy company. With past clients, Annie has provided advice and support on a range of legal matters, including corporate governance, corporate and securities law compliance, general commercial matters, energy-related contracts and corporate policies and plans.

She has also provided guidance on oil and gas asset transactions, mergers and acquisitions and internal corporate and partnership restructurings as well as coordinated legal services provided by outside counsel.
