At Caravel Law, Wilf works with a number of clients on corporate, IT, and commercial legal matters, including the drafting and negotiating of master services agreements, professional services agreements, software licence and support agreements, purchase agreements, and hosting agreements. His clients have included the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), 407ETR, Sigma Systems, and Freshbooks.

Wilf has extensive experience in working with procurement departments on technology agreements, including licensing agreements, service agreements, memoranda of understanding, and non-disclosure agreements.

Previously, Wilf advised the SOLCORP business unit of HP Canada on the international licensing of proprietary software and the delivery of related support and consulting services.

Wilf has advised TD Visa and Merchant Services on commercial and regulatory matters, and advised retail businesses on marketing and trade-mark matters.
