Tracey has drafted, negotiated and reviewed a broad spectrum of commercial agreements including outsourcing, services, employment and procurement agreements as well as commercial leases. In addition, Tracey has participated in sales processes by examining and evaluating Requests for Proposals and bid documents. Tracey is experienced in acquisitions, privacy policy, and compliance.
Tracey has piloted initiatives for clients to tighten legal policies and introduce structure to better utilize legal as a resource and reduce cost. She has assisted in evaluating underperformance in contracts and inconsistencies in contract administration and has implemented programs to significantly increase the efficiency of legal processes. Tracey has also implemented litigation avoidance, management, and resolution processes at various organizations.
While with Sodexo Canada, Tracey spearheaded several corporate social responsibility initiatives to align with client requirements and goals. Tracey founded and co-chaired the Aboriginal Relations Committees tasked with creating transparent policies and procedures for interaction with Aboriginal business partners and alignment with corporate policy.
