Sean has worked on all sides of regulatory law – enforcement, compliance, and appeals for issues including merger competitive impact and privacy. Sean practices intellectual property (IP) law which includes the review of IP portfolios for areas of risk, drafting of licensing agreements and development of filing strategies. Sean’s experience in corporate and commercial law includes management of corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute settlement.
