Samuel obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. Samuel started his legal career by founding his own company, the Legal Information Network of Canada (LINC), which provided free legal help to individuals in-need. LINC was later relaunched as Canada Legal Help. Samuel then completed his articling with Legal Logik Inc., where he worked primarily in their corporate legal department, along with improving internal business practices and establishing standardized drafting procedures. In 2017, Samuel began his own practice, SM Legal, with a primary focus on Business Development and Corporate Law. Samuel has extensive experience helping companies grow their business and guiding them through incorporation, employment matters, contractor onboarding, corporate structuring, and asset and share purchases. Samuel also represents his clients in corporate and shareholder litigation matters. Samuel enjoys working with innovative start-ups and established companies, specifically in the technology, automation, and software development sectors.
