Olwyn’s professional experiences have provided her with diverse opportunities in both commercial matters and complex transactions. She has led the development and implementation of litigation strategies across multiple practice areas. Her work in Scotland has also involved appearances before courts equivalent to BC’s Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. Olwyn’s strong communication skills and collaborative mindset are key assets when assisting clients and their needs.
Her expertise includes general corporate governance including company incorporations, preparing filings addressing a range of corporate matters, maintaining minute books, and updating share registries. Olwyn also has experience drafting agreements for various clients, drafting society bylaws, working on and closing public/private partnership transactions. She can additionally advise on self-governance structures for First Nations clients.
