Mark has extensive experience advising, drafting and negotiating Terms to Outsourcing Agreements;​ Service Level Agreements;​ Master Service Agreements;​ IT Hardware and Software Maintenance Service Agreements;​ Software/Cloud/Xaas Agreements;​ Non-Disclosure Agreements; ​Teaming Agreements; and Co-Marketing Agreements and other forms of IT related industry terms and conditions.

Mark is an excellent communicator, able to transition between formal and plain-spoken language to best suit the situation and ensure clarity amongst all parties. His business mindedness and ability to maintain a cool, calm, and collected demeanor have similarly aided him in his negotiations, and legal practice in general.
