She assists with the development of employer policies related to executive transfers and new hires and prepares applications for labour market opinions, work permits, permanent residence, citizenship, study permits, and visitor records. Evelyn also assists her clients to develop clear immigration strategies and ensure compliance with immigration policies.
Evelyn has expertise in the preparation and submission of applications for work permits, permanent residence, and citizenship matters.
Evelyn provides assistance in global immigration coordination including the resolution of passport and visa issues, delivering written to immigration offices, embassies, high commissions, and consulates throughout Canada, the U.S., and visa posts throughout the world. Currently, Evelyn is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of Ackah Business Immigration Law, in association with Caravel Law.
