At Caravel Law, Dave advises clients on M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance, securities law, stock exchange and public disclosure, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. Dave has served on the boards of directors of private and public companies and non-profit entities across various industries.

In his previous role as Deputy General Counsel, Dave led M&A, public disclosure, and commercial contracting matters for Canada’s largest mining company.

Dave’s extensive transactional experience includes numerous debt financings, prospectus offerings, private placements, venture capital and private equity financings, metal streaming transactions, joint ventures, take-over bids, RTOs, and plans of arrangement.
