Cynthia is an Ontario based business and franchise specialist who has represented both franchisor and franchisee clients. Her expertise includes advising franchisors on issues relating to system creation and expansion, including cross-border franchising and master franchising, and facilitating the resolution of franchise related disputes. She has experience assisting franchisees with the sale and acquisition of franchises and strategic legal counsel to executive teams, overseeing IP and real estate portfolios. She has provided support with marketing initiatives, corporate governance, and M&A transactions.
