Chelsea is a results-driven, practical decision-maker with a fulsome background in private practice. Throughout her practice, Chelsea has been responsible for managing complex real estate transactions including counselling clients on property acquisitions, condominium developments, land development and commercial leasing matters. While navigating these projects, she frequently collaborated with other professionals (Architects, planners, accountants, lawyers in other disciplines) to achieve optimal outcomes.​​

Chelsea is a clear and efficient communicator who prides herself on maintaining a collaborative mindset. This approach has allowed Chelsea to find success while representing clients in a variety of scenarios ranging from financing and acquisitions between $10-$50 million dollars to representing well-established developers in every aspect of the development (including the acquisition of the raw land to obtaining approvals for the development, negotiating and registering easements, all the way through to the sale of the lots).​
