In his more than 25 years of practicing, Bill has worked with companies in various stages of development, acquiring broad and vast legal experience. Bill has used this extensive knowledge and skill to draft and negotiate major agreements while working for companies such as Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Correvio Pharma Corp., and QLT Inc., protecting their best interest and ensuring their success.

Bill’s repertoire of skills include contract law, business agreements, corporate finance, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public disclosures, regulatory compliance, negotiation, legislative interpretation, and employment law. He also has experience with transactional work, including M&A, and drafting in and out licensing agreements for intellectual property. Bill has advised public companies on continuous disclosure issues and other securities law matters.
